Christina is a wife, mother of four, and devoted Traditional Birth Companion with over a decade of experience in birth work. Her personal journey was transformed after choosing a home birth for her fourth child, an empowering experience that awakened her passion for supporting women through physiological birth.
Initially working as a doula, Christina realized the limitations of industrialized maternity care and found her true calling in out-of-system birth support. She now advocates for trusting the body's innate wisdom, offering guidance rooted in physiological birth and German New Medicine. Her mission is to help women reclaim birth as a powerful, fear-free rite of passage.
Kristen is a mother of three and a former NICU nurse with 14 years of experience in the medical system. Her personal journey into motherhood radically shifter her perspective on birth. After witnessing the disempowerment of women in hospital settings and learning about physiological birth, Kristen chose a home birth for her third child - a deeply transformative experience that revealed her true calling.
Now a passionate advocate for traditional, woman-centered birth, Kristen works to help women reclaim childbirth as a sacred and powerful rite of passage. Her faith-driven mission is to inspire confidence in the body's design and promote generational change through the normalization of physiological birth. This vision led to the creation of the Reclaiming Birth Conference in 2023, co-founded with Christina.
Ally & Melania have been inseparable since childhood - best friends who grew up side by side and later stepped into motherhood just as closely. As they welcomed their little ones into the world, their bond grew even stronger, rooted in a shared desire to do things differently.
They quickly realized the mainstream approach to birth and parenting didn't quite sit right. Guided by intuition and an unshakable curiosity, they began diving into holistic, alternative, and unconventional practices - from physiological birth to conscious parenting and everything in between.
What started as endless voice notes, deep chats, and "is it just me?" moments soon blossomed into the Raw MOMversations Podcast - a space for moms craving real talk, raw stories, and radical self-trust.
They will be hosting this year's conference in Montreal.
With over 5 years of studies, 4 years of clinical experience and over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Christina is data driven and well versed in functional tests, evaluating protocols catered towards the individual’s needs. She most recently received a Hormone Health certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is an active member of the ANPQ (L’Association des Naturopathes Professionnels du QC).
It's important to note that Christina specializes in fertility but also actively works in other areas such as: eczema, gut health, stress/anxiety, hormone health, pregnancy and post-partum health, men's health and children (sleep, immunity, supporting ADHD, etc).
She brings a different approach than conventional practices by combining homeopathy, naturopathy and functional medicine all while helping you shape your health autonomously.

Billie Harrigan is a fierce advocate for restoring safety and sanity to modern birth practices. She has served birthing families for about 40 years and has taught midwives and other birth practitioners in 125 countries. The technocratic birth services industry is out of control and needs a new approach with a different understanding of how humans arrive.
To that end, Billie offers training in the knowledge and skills of traditional birth companionship. This is a role once held by the Canadian neighbor who had both common birth knowledge and developed birth skills but has been appropriated by the medical cartel and bastardised into what we know as medical midwifery.
Billie is also the founder of Birth Trauma Ontario, an agency dedicated to the education and healing of both perpetrators and their victims from the global scourge of obstetric violence. She has authored the world’s first and most comprehensive online course in becoming equipped in the skills of trauma informed care specific to the childbearing experience.
She is the founder and director of the private member association, The Hive Collective, which brings together a community that is creating holistic alternatives for reclaiming our sovereignty over our bodies, births, babies, families, finances, and future.

Frida is a registered nurse with a Master's degree in Global Health. She worked as a labour and delivery nurse at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, and has attended hundreds of births, mostly medicated and surgical in the hospital settings.
Already being disillusioned by the medical system for many years, the discrimination and trauma she witnessed in the hospital led her to take a Traditional Birth Attendant training in 2023. The same year she became pregnant for the first time and freebirthed her daughter at home.
She has since completed the Radical Birth Keeper school in 2024, and supports women in out-of-system births. Since has been supporting and educating women about their options in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum and continues to connect women with local services in the Montreal area. She supports women who choose to birth within the medical system and are looking for more information on how the system works to help them navigate their choices.
